My role as a postpartum doula varies from family to family. Prior to working with you, we will discuss what your needs are, and will follow up on a day to day basis. My services include but are not limited to:

• Breastfeeding/Bottle feeding support and assistance
• Support and assistance with mothers recovery (emotional and physical)
• Emotional support for family
• Guidance on newborn care (bathing, diapering, calming techniques, baby wearing)
• Sibling care
• Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, meal preparations)
• Run Errands

Please contact me for current availability. I require a minimum of 3 hours per day and 8 hours for overnights.
